Wholesale Return & Refund Policy
Vivienne Pearl primarily supports wholesale freshwater pearl sourcing, sample orders, bulk orders, and custom pearl jewelry projects. Because pearls vary naturally in shape, color, luster, surface quality, and matching, please confirm specifications, photos, videos, samples, and order details before bulk production or shipment.
Sample Orders
Sample orders help buyers review pearl quality before larger purchases. Unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect, sample orders are generally not refundable after shipment.
Bulk and Custom Orders
Bulk orders, matched lots, drilled pearls, custom pearl jewelry, private-label goods, and made-to-order items are prepared according to confirmed specifications. These orders are not eligible for return or refund unless the goods are materially different from the confirmed order details or arrive damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect goods promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed specifications, contact Vivienne Pearl within 7 days of delivery with your order details, photos, videos, and packaging evidence. We will review the case and may offer replacement, repair, credit, or refund depending on the issue.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, payment handling fees, and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our confirmed error.

For the best sourcing result, share your target pearl type, size, shape, color, luster, surface quality, drill status, grade, quantity, packaging needs, and destination before confirming an order.
